The Ohio Death Records Index Search includes an index to death certificates created in Ohio from 1913-1944 and 1954-1963. You can certificates, even those that have not yet been indexed, through the index search.
The Ohio Incarceration Records Index Search provides information related to Ohio State Reformatory and Ohio State Penitentiary Bertillon Cards. A search for Industrial School Admission Records from the Ohio Girls Industrial School is currently available.(The Boys' Industrial School will be added once we've updated the records!)
